NO !!!!
enamelled copper wire comes in various temperature grades from ~130°C to over 200°C
PVC insulated wire is probably rated for <100°C
A follow up to earlier.
Doubling the output voltage will require a lot of copper. I doubt there will be room to add enough turns to get near your target.
