i sugest stick to the plan ,with the only difference is the hf wave guide.

already send an email to bms to see of we could cross the 4544 driver @ 1000 hz if we use steeper filter.this driver is cheaper then the 4550 and sounds also good.

its 30"*42" inch paper size makes life easyer.
its got a 20" line on it to check if its a 1 on 1 copy.
don't realy know papersize and format they can print.

i was searching for a detailed drawing of the sugested horn,then i saw
this horn is a screw on type.we need a bolt on type 😡
so the info is wrong on us speakers.
then i searched for other horns that would fit.
i saw beyma TD 235 but its $80,-
then i found the p-audio PH-2420
whe can make them fit but need s a bit cut of(its abs plastic so that no problem ,i did that a while ago with some abs horns on the cicular saw table ,looked like a factory cut)
they are sold here for €17.-

found an eminence $45.also needs cutting.
or we could do a 1.4"or 2"driver in one horn ,but i have to redraw the box.
