Hi all,
I can get my hands on a large spool of AWG 34 transformer wire (very fine enamel insulation). I'm wondering about uses for this - I thought of a tonearm rewire.
What do you guys think?

It will break. Trust me on this, I tried it years ago. You need stranded wire.
Secondly, rewiring a tonearm is the most horrible job that can be done. I dread it, and I've made a number of arms.

OK advice taken - Is this wire good for anything audio? Bifilar trafo winding? All ideas welcome - the wire is free but I'm short of ideas
