I would change the output capacitor to 47uf from 1000uf as the headphones will bear the full charge current and possibly be destroyed by it.
600 ohm Headphones yeilds 5.6hz low pass frequnecy

Fun with Tubes is Max Robinson. 😀 The man definitely knows what he's doing.

I had some conversations with him when I built his tone control. I'd made some mods to the circuit to equalise the amount of boost and cut at bass and treble, shared my freq response plots as measured by sine sweeps etc.
