I have an Allo Volt+ with stepped attenuator and am looking for a tone control circuit (with bass, mid and treble). I may want to add an equalizer at a later stage.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
btw - also thinking of adding the new Nelson Pass H2 Harmonic Generator to the setup
Thanks...

Over on Audiokarma, a number of Volt+ and Volt +D users use the FX Tube-03 pre-amps for tone contol and 'tube' sound:
FX-AUDIO TUBE-03 Valves 6K4 Stereo Preamplifier Black - Audiophonics
It doesn't offer all that you need, no 'mid' but you can tube and opamp roll for iggles.

Much appreciated, this looks like a very good option. Will also allow one to tune the sound with tube rolling, as you said.
Amazing units as well.
Initially, I was thinking DIY, not so sure any more...
