Is that simple? If recommended port size is 6" diameter and 6" long, and want or need to put 2 ports, can I simply split that number, installing 2 ports that are 3" diameter? If so, can I keep the tube length? Thanks.
You need to have the same cross sectional area.
So one 6" diameter port could be replaced by two 4.2-4.3", or three 3.4-3.5" ports.
Length stay the same.

or rectangular / triangular / slot ports with same effective CSA - the first two of which can be tucked into enclosure corners.
Hi,
The end corrections for corner ports and slots on a side
are different to plain mounted ports on the inside end.
They are somewhat different, don't know the numbers.

Hi,
To be the same you want four 3" ports of the same length.
