So, I had the same problem, the FM stations were way out of alignment with the dial on the front of my Tivoli Audio radio after I replaced the capacitor.
I did a little fiddling around and found out that the "east" screw (on the right hand side when you look at the capacitor with standard orientation) controls the frequency spectrum for the FM channels. I had another radio going, as to hear what was playing on the station I was looking for, set the dial on the Tivoli for that station (aproximately) and then adjusted that "east" screw until the two radios synced up.
