Looking to experiment with making Micro-sized drivers in the <15mm diameter range. Was wondering if anyone had tips or resources on construction and or materials (Wire, Magnets, and Diaphragm) as there seems to be a scarcity of information for this size.
Thanks, Dan

Smallest one I have is 15mm in a "spy " locator that's probably where they are sold "spying equipment " .
Very small metal diaphragm obviously with a wound magnet as in old telephone inserts.

I don’t know about making any, but i have a boc with some dozen or so drivers close to thet size. Probably Foster, made for the MacBook.

Actually manufacturing drivers/speakers of any size requires a sizeable investment, machinery (both metallurgical and maybe plastic injecting), custom ordered dies, a magnetizer and a market; to justify investment then you need to sell, say,10000 of them.
If you need, say, 1 - 10 - 100 just search Alibaba or similar and buy them ready made.
As of:
I BET planet 10 meant "a box" 😀a boc?
