I would suggest this might fall in the category of cache optimisation and low touch on niceties. Likely this is baked into XF's core and would be hard (expensive) to fix. You could record every action in the database but that is going to load up the database. If there is some big discrepancy (like 15 minutes) I think it would be worth looking into. For 6 minutes this would be low on the todo list. If you find another example that is egregious please advise.
