Good day & hope all are well~ Not knowing exactly where to post this, so I duped it,,,,If you check out my picture, you'll see those 3 dip switches, & the 2 end switches need to be replaced, but my technician can't get in between those 2 green wafers to unsolder the bottoms of the switches, and the wafers don't easily separate. Who locally could I turn to to help tackle this tricky job,,, a jeweler, a blacksmith ��,,, any thoughts?

I have come across this before it makes things nice and neat and save manufacturers time & money as well as saving casing size .
Can the whole lot not be removed then turned upside down to see how far the legs of the switches extend to ?
If they extend to the bottom of the lower board then unsoldering them is not a big job but if they only extend to the inner sandwich then its going to be time consuming & costly to repair .
OTOH ---- if you are sure they are faulty CUT them right OFF and just shorten the legs of the new ones and directly solder them to the existing soldered joints or pins --that's the "Blacksmith Way " and it saves --$$$$--your choice .
