Ok, why don't you contact Anders Thule directly? He's on Linkedin and now works at Oticon.
Most probably, he may still have them - or know someone who may.

Cheers,
Per
Mr. Anders Thule can't help. I was offered to perform a repair of the power amp section, but to create a schematic I would like to have at least three devices of the IA120 for service.
Otherwise the effort for the schematic creating (reverse engineering) is not worthwhile.

Well Tiefbass, I guess there is one thing can be said about you - you don't give up easily, do you? This thread is now almost 10 years old!

You may now have to perform a "blind" repair, ie. without a schematic.
It is possible - and it separates the men from the boys.

But yes, it takes quite a bit longer and at some point you will have to ask yourself - is it really worth the time and effort? I mean, Thule's amp designs were good - but are they still "high-end" in today's world?

In any case, all e-lytes are probably old, dry and degraded 85oC types, the transistors have probably lost quite a bit of hFE, contacts and solder joints would be oxidised, etc.

But hey, you really must love this amp - so go for it!

I can't help you with a schematic, but if you get stuck do send me a message and I'll readily give my best advice.

Cheers,
Per

Now I have 3 pcs. of this integrated amp devices. If I have at least 5 or 6 pcs, I will create a schematic with help of the disassembled main board.
Who know, how many pieces of this model was manufactured and where are test reviews ?

From the IA70 (same design than IA-120) I don't find informations on the web. I think, this model is still more rare than IA-120. Also schematic wanted.

I bought these two from hifigenbrug.dk and the nice gentleman told me that IA70 was the first amplifier Anders Thule/Thule Audio ever made. And only 250 of the IA70 have been made. Fun fact if it's true.. I haven't been able to find any info or pictures of IA70 until I found this thread.
