Threshold T zero

I am French and I have a magnificent Threshold T zero.
Obviously he does not have a phono card. Where could I get these cards or is it possible to get the schematics to make them?

for one I know - LF351 ... other two .... some funny old dual JFets ?

for 2N5566 I found cases only in small and bigger metal cans

Do you know what is the gain on this preamp t zero?

I think the gain was 20 dB and I believe the phono was adjustable for both MM and MC.

These cards haven’t been made in a long time. Maybe a used one exist.
