Threshold SA/1 voltage change

I'm looking at picking up a pair of Threshold SA/1 mono blocks. My issue is they are wired for 240 v, 50Hz and I'm running 120 v, 60Hz. Can these be rewired? I can install a 240v 60hz, plug in the listening room, would that work or would I need to convert from 60Hz to 50Hz as well?
