Hello.
I currently have access to these Threshold power-amps: S150, S200 and a pair of SA2's.
The S150 and S200 are similar temperature, comfortable to the touch, the SA2's are burning hot, allowing no more than 5 seconds hands on.
This makes sense to me, due to the Class A / AB difference, but looking at the document used for adjusting bias (attached), it appears they should all be adjusted to equal (very hot) temperature!?
What is wrong? Do I need to turn up the bias on the S-models, turn it down on the SA's, or is the document wrong?
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thank you.

Personally, I vote for equally hot at about 50 deg C. It is true that the
lowest measured distortion for the AB amplifiers is often at a lower figure, but
I prefer the sound of the higher bias.
