Very low. We were clipping a pair of 4000's into the system,
so much so that we loaded down the AC lines, which caused the
tape tensioners of the source to relax which interrupted the
music which tensioned the tape which brought back the music,
repeating about every 2 seconds.
😎
"nix fingerpoken" referred to the approx. 10 KV on the grids.
I tried clipping a 4000A once🙂 But that was into a pair of JBL43## studiomonitors😀 😀 I am not shure about the number of the JBL's, but it was the biggest with the 15" Bass units🙂 That was the days, when even the neighbour came along to party!! What a time🙂 🙂Very low. We were clipping a pair of 4000's into the system,

I'm still bloody dialup!!!

I resized the forte files quite significantly.
I can't host them but I'm willing to send them to anyone who promises they will be up for at least ten years 😉

Signal Strength Low!!!!! : (
seeing as i can barely get a signal from one end of the house to the
other with my wireless - i don't bother securing it.
if you can get a signal from the street i'll shake your hand!
(said house is 2 bed / 2 bath)

the guts of the Forte amps look cool 🙂 ...you can see the family
resemblance to the Alephs.

Id have to say it's pretty simple these days. You don't even need a antenna.
Here's a Mike Wright cartoon, some pics of me and an interview
from 1988.

Emiliano ZaPassa,
do you mind if i ask which Technics design is referred to in the scriblings of your holiness ?

Mike Wright cartoon,
It has occurred to some here that a cast iron radiator might be a decent companion to a water cooled Aleph. Or just bolt the output devices to it close to the bottom!

The one you want is the Sano, Hirosha, Hirota design, patent
# 4,115,739. What you might also enjoy is my patent
# 5,343,166 which takes the concept and exchanges voltage
for current.
In science fiction movies they often fix the problem / kill the
monster by reversing the polarity, and this approach
has general utility.

You could fill it up to the vent hole with water for high power operation. I have a couple. Where do you want me to send them. Shipping to Ca. will be $ 450.00.

Yup, the idea was to use them filled and get a thermo-syphon going.
That's why I suggested the mosfets be mounted low.
I saw portable oil filled electric heaters that look like radiators at a thrift store and they might be best. They already have a power cord and little wheels to move them around- also they are sheet metal not cast iron so they would weigh a LOT less. Thanks for the offer though!
