Building a 3 way bookshelf speaker using a coax mid tweet. I'm looking for the best woofer options for around 80 to 250 hz in a 6l enclosure.

No idea about which woofer you need, but looking at your frequency range of 80 to 250Hz, you can pick one with a straight cone (vs. curvilinear) as the upper end is not that high. A sub-woofer may also fit since it's just 250Hz you need to reach, it's not that far.
