Three channels on one heatsink.

Hi,
because of so many amps coming along i would like to build two mono enclosures as a playground for further projects. I will use one BIG heatsink for up to three channels of Nelson and / or Mighty Zen amps for my active speakers.
Sometime i will need only one channel of them for passive speaker. Is there any problem of ageing for mosfets on unused channels?
The another idea of this is to change only amplifier boards and not the power supply and enclosures all the time which is time consuming.

I will make sure they make new friends often, given all the new projects here on Diyaudio 🙂.
I hope that one of them will be Babelfish XA252 (when available) as it have balanced inputs (and more power). Is there any other of your available amps with balanced inputs?

entire P series (upcoming) is having SE/Bal inputs

besides that, Aleph J - shown by 6L6 in his BAF episode , is having SE/Bal inputs

Aleph J is close to realization and Aleph 60 is probably next.

Any preliminary data about P series (power...)?

practically all of my recent amps with autoformer gain, where autoformer is replaced with active FE

rails and Iq the same, thus power

ok, in reality maybe a smidgen lower power (active FE being unable to have swing greater than rails), but that's ballpark anyway

my amps of higher power are Singing Bush ( and few future derivatives, follower arrangement) and Babelfish XA252

personally, not chasing higher power, my personal fave and interest being in range of 20-25W max .......... even that being overkill for my own needs

though, who knows where intellectual challenge could lead ....... 2 cells are easily fooled in Overdrive :clown:
