I worked on the Russian Pavilion at Expo86 and remembered the women stating 'you have nice toilet paper' when asked what they found most interesting or exciting about Vancouver in the short time they had been there.
Cat owners will tell you that cats prefer it to go over the top. That way with a few quick strokes of their paws they can unroll a nice long section (if not all of it), first to play with and then to shred all of the bathroom floor.
its amazing how fast they can get that done, as well ...
