They have shown that by them can be produced all the attractions and repulsions recognized in electricity, the deviations of the magnetic needle by currents, etc.
Dr. Dan Burisch explains the mechanical aspects of 'Stargates' as having that basic constructional aspect, for example.

Given the sheer number of crackpots and cranks out there, how could anyone be expected to know all of them?
A quick review of his Wiki-bio and you will see why his books are not in many libraries. A friend pointed out that Shockley's later work (after the head injury) is rather unavailable also.
