Yesterday, I made a blueberry pancake that was the size of my frying pan (just fit in the plate) and was 1.5" thick at least!! The recipie I followed was for 11 pancakes but I'm lazy so I just poured it all in 😀

It took two sittings to kill it.

Yes! Excellent, so is blueberry pie.

We live in an area where all this stuff is grown and fresh. mmmmmmmmm. The pancake, ah - no.

apple pie or apple crumble? I vote for crumble myself.

Lovely. I wish I could eat the ice cream, but "Rice Dream" will do nicely.

I was just told I have to lose at least 20 lbs. You guys aren't helping at all.

Rice cakes aren't half bad, depending on what you can put on them.
