Was does that mean exactly ?
And how does it get opened again ?
There was some noise, but I don't believe that cause of action was the most optimal....

I think it means that moderators are reviewing the thread and possibly removing offensive posts. When they have finished their work the thread will either be opened again or closed more permanently. This is just a guess; I have not looked at the thread.
