Thoughts on Replacing Bias Pots?

I'm recapping a mid-80's McIntosh amp that uses Bourns 3386 trim pots for setting bias and offset. So they're 35yrs old or so.

Is there a good reason for changing these to new Bourns trim pots, or do these not tend to age/get flaky over time?

Thanks.

Rule Zero: If it ain't broke don't fix it.

That style starts off flaky! That style is quite jumpy to set even when new, so if you need easier precise adjustment then go with a multi-turn type. But those you have should still be good as new.
