Has anyone had experience with the 150W EYE MT150D 6500K Color Arc 96 CRI Metal Halide Lamp?

The lamp looks spectacular in terms of color and luminosity even if the wattage is a bit low. The cost is a bit higher than other bulbs, but the possibility of a color range this high would make it worth while.
Any thoughts?

From the description, it is a T13 bulb which would be 13/8 of an inch in diameter. From the picture, I estimate the arc length to be only about 17 mm. That is great!
Too bad it is so expensive!

The Iwasaki lamp arrived and yes, the arc is very small. Also, found out that it is available with a G12 base; this makes it the lamp to have. Now if only I can locate a vendor.
The Medium base lamp I purchased has an average life of 12000 hours but the smaller G12 base unit (MD150/G12) has only 6000 hours.
