Mark one of the fresnells to the size you wish to cut, then
very carefuly put the two fresnells together with the rings toowards each other making sure they are in perfect alingment then tape the corners to hold the two together.
Run strips of masking tape over the marks you made previously, holding once more the fresnells, remark on top of the masking tape to get a straight cut.
I used a Tenon Saw to cut and it was very succesful, one very important thing to remember take it easy, make nice steady strokes because if the saw jams you could brake the fresnell.
GOOD LUCK!

How clean is the frensel when the tape is removed?
Trev
Ok, you must remove the masking tape as soon as you finish and it will not leave any glue or or marks. As we all know if you leave masking tape too long on the job (panel beaters) for example they have to remove the glue with thinners. So is very important to remove the tape inmediately to avoid this problem.
happy cutting 😉
