You might want to consider one of the new dynakits which you can see here: http://www.dynakitparts.com/ Closely based on the originals these are not too expensive, most models crank out enough power for modern speakers and since they are based on the original dyna design and documentation they are pretty easy to put together.

Also all of the current mod kits out there for vintage dyna stuff will work on these too should you feel the urge to upgrade the design down the road a bit.

Note that I have no affiliation with Dynakit and have not yet heard one of these new amps. I do know people who have, and who I know well and respect.
