Thermal Resistance of 2sc5200

Does anyone know the thermal resistance [R(th)] for Toshiba 2sc5200 & 2sa1943?

I've had a look on there datasheets but can't find any info.

Hi,
you're dam well right.
You have to calculate Rthjc as below
Tjmax - Tc:- 150 degC - 25degC =125Cdeg
Power =150w
Rthjc = 125/150 = 0.833 Cdeg/w
