10,000W from 13.8V means 725A. That is quite an alternator your car will need to have.
Something like this might fit the bill...

its not for a car , its for y personal purposes at home and doing party's , i want a great amplifer like in th e stars shows with pa amplifier
homeIf you want it to work you'll need to post some pics of all the gear you have. What other bits of gear you want to use with it etc.
I still dont know if this is for a car or a home?
You don't want to purchase a car amplifier if this is for your home then.
1. We need info on your subwoofer. Is 4000 watts the peak power rating?
2. You likely don't need such a large subwoofer. I can get away with a 250 watt subwoofer in a small room.
3. What is the efficiency of your subwoofer? A more efficient subwoofer will require less power.
I know some french and if I have time, I will break out the dictionary and help you if you still need it.

And car audio drivers usually do not perform very well in a home environment as their designed to work with the boost effect a car coupe has on bass.
Your seeking organ kind of bass, you have air mass and a tuned vent, any good commercial manufacturer will do. In canada there is Yorkville among others

Is yorkville doing amPlifiers?
I really want he best ir my budget and also it could be shipped to canada , not nexessary made in canada
Is this for a car? If so, you might want to have this thread moved to the car audio section.
Never mind this thread... if he plans to turn 7000W in his car, he should better pre-arrange fast access to ER in nearest hospital! 😀
so the best amp for y budget and all my specs is only 100 watts rms?
the amplifier i want it very great because when i will not have my subwoofer in a couple of years i wan to the amplifier fits with the bests loudspeakers and subwoofers! 😉

oh joy, another bass head who believes dumb car amp specs.
Forget 1000W. There is *no single speaker unit* that will withstand this kind of power. No, i don't care what the manufacturer claims. Car audio is horse sh*t.
1000W RMS amps are for running huge banks of speakers like you would find at a large concert. Those amps are class D, and require very high current feeds - you will not be able to run such a thing from a wall outlet.
You would have to have a truly massive room to need even 500W RMS of power for a subwoofer. Not to mention, more than one subwoofer drive unit.
