So this whole thing is clearly pretty inspiring and I'd very much like to build a small set of speakers like but make it a little bit more approachable. I think the big things to focus on are:
1. making the enclosure extra tiny. (Just different skills & methods required when using such thin wood)
2. Being able to assemble it. (Way harder than it first appears at this level of smallness)
3. Low size & weight for given performance (for travel reasons...check in luggage)
4. Low chance of speaker injury during transit.
I guess to start, I'd like to know more about the custom studs used to mount the drivers. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears.
Also, to be clear, I bought some Purifi drivers and am prepared to hack the corners off...I'm doing this!

In light of the fact that I've made some bold statements, I'd better deliver something.
So as not to hijack I'll just post this one photo here and start my own thread when I'm ready. Its just a handful of parts away from making some noise!
