It would be appreciated if somebody scans the book with OCR so that at least text is available to those who can not find the real thing.
Nothing as irritating as something that can't be had is still under lock and key and not in the public domain.
Bet they think it'll become be a best seller... in the next century and just can't pass on the potential future profits for their great great great great grandkids 🙄
