Definately want to get to one of these meets but transport will still be an issue. If there are going to be two meets in different places hopefully someone can organise one near Swindon 😀 😱 . A mabye anyhow, will be watching this thread 🙂

Hey chaps, got a little more info
Its looking good for the meet. If we have it sometime during the school holidays (approx end July to beginning of September) then we're pretty much able to choose whenever we like and for however long we want. If its any other time outside of the holidays then Sunday looks like the only day its possible to have the building to ourselves without interruption.
They're anticipating replacing the roof of the building sometime in the near future but it doesn't sound like it will effect us providing we get in before October, which is when the work is planned to start.
So that gives us from now until the end of September.
What about a Sunday mid to late August? Will that work for folks?

They got the lottery grant through early and the roof project has begun. Its scheduled to take 2 months so that will push us back to October. 🙁
