Hugo,

You’ll close this but let Per-Anders’ ad run?

Wow.

Pedja

Pedja,

The issue has been reviewed, I've seen P-A's income and expenses for this group buy and I can assure you and everyone else that he has not gained anything more than a little beer and pizza money which is within our rules for group buys (our group buy rules deal only with profit and IP, not volume).

With regards to IP, there's nothing that can't be pulled from datasheets and so is already public domain.

P-A has broken no rules regarding this group buy and does not deserve to be treated as if he has.

Case Closed.

Now if anyone want's to argue this matter further, please email me at webmaster@diyaudio.com ... If you continue to drag this into the public forums I will start dishing out sinbin time.

If we are not allowed to discuss in public, then please move this thread to another forum:
http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=46221

It was never the point what money one makes in selling boards.
It is threads like this one above that are not politically correct.
It is a question of attitudes, of commercial threads or posts where they don't belong.
It is also a question of good manners and living in community.
If I bothered you now, I'm sorry, you can send me to Sin Bin.

Dan,

Did I hear this well? You are threatening by Sin Bin. Who do will go to the Sin Bin? Me?

I won’t discuss this offline with you or any other diyAudio official since I already started this offline and I was for too long ignored with the answer. The thing is now in the public domain because diyAudio crew pushed me to raise it publicly. Neither would/could I go back, nor could you or anyone else can bring this back. It is not my fault.

Sin Bin, interesting…

Pedja

PS: I won’t talk about P-A in this thread anymore. He has started another one to talk about his sales. I may address his lack of commercial success in that thread, but the point is not in this lack but in his behavior.

PPS: Off-topic? Very interesting…
