Just a thought..
You can make maths do anything if you try hard enough..
I came across this.. (its quite long)
The Revelation of the Pyramids - YouTube
There is some conspiracy at the end which I don't agree with..
However how did they carve stone so well ie granite including the inside of jars ? I have to admit the measurements do seem strange..LOL the speed of light from a pyramid..😀
Anyway...the question is " is it all coincidence and manipulation of numbers"..? and What do you think of the build ie is it just good old architecture? (mechanical reasoning)
Its also interesting that it explaines the helicopters etc on the hieroglyphics..A very interesting combination of symbols..That are not real.
Regards

The speed of light is easy to measure. Egypt had a huge and secure surplus for long enough to develop a scholarly class. They were obviously interested in light.
The development of social consciousness has been lumpy, like any other evolutionary process. Older civilisations are impressively profficient in some ways, and fatally flawed in others. They knew all sorts of stuff, but it's taken until about now to fit it all together into a single structure that works, almost. Now we are not only knowledgeable, but wise, nearly.
Manual labour was cheap.
If I wanted to find out about electronics, I wouldn't rely on YouTube. Same goes for Egypt.

2000-4000 years ago? No, not so much.
This kind of pop numerology is just crap designed to entertain, not anything an intelligent person would waste any time over.
If someone wants me to spend an hour looking at a perpetual motion machine or analyzing alien artifacts from a UFO abduction and anal probing, I'm not going to waste my time. You're free to. 😀
Egyptians did not have our TV to know what to do. They did not have our Universities to tell them what to think. They did not have Wikipedia that knows everything, so they had to work hard to think, measure, and build. And they did not have online forums, so had lot of time to do that. Can you imagine 4,000 years without online forums, what would you accomplish during such time period?
But according to our lousy history science, they believed that pre-dynastic Egypt was ruled by Gods who knew everything, and taught them everything. We have no idea who were that Gods, but definitely they knew much more than we may imagine they knew. Only last 2-3 hundred of years our own civilization had developed enough to recognize value of their knowledge and achievements.

Wise? I take it you never bother to watch the evening news on TV?PlasticIsGood said:Now we are not only knowledgeable, but wise, nearly.

I remember having coffee with Dr. Karl Wittfogal at the U.W. back in the day, listening to his fascinating explanation of a "Hydraulic Society" as put forth in his classic book: Oriental Despotism.
It doesn't paint a very attractive picture of ancient societies.

Hippolyte Louis Fizeau. Mirror, cogwheel, clock and drive train...the hard part was having a reason to look.
I wonder why he was called Hippolyte...he must have been a manservant of the ancient Order of Amazons, who continue to rule the world using ancient Egyptian technology that everyone else has forgot.

Nearly wise.
I feel encouraged by the lack of nuclear war, and more recently by the foreign policy of China. In general, I do think that people are much wiser than they ever have been.
Social wisdom doesn't stop some individuals doing stupid things. Economics needs a bit more work...
Thing is, it might be much wiser than we know. We as individuals don't necessarily understand what social consciousness is up to because it's a bit beyond us.
Found on Facebook today:
The word “Sheriff” in the ancient Egyptian language was a law-giver and his badge was always a six-pointed star which is another symbol of Saturn. US Sheriffs in the wild west up to today still wear the six-pointed star. It is interesting that Saturn’s symbol is the six-pointed star, Saturn in the 6th planet from the sun, Saturday is the 6th day of the week, and now NASA is receiving images of “the Saturn Hexagram” (6-sided) atmospheric formation at Saturn’s poles. -t.o.r

We had to do this in freshman physics lab. The Egyptians didn't have good light sources, accurate clocks for short intervals, nor constant velocity drive trains. Slaves were pretty poor at keeping the rotation constant...
No colour shift. Light slows down in water, as water has a refractive index greater than 1. Rainbows are caused by the fact that the amount of slowdown varies with frequency/wavelength/colour. The same effect is how prisms separate colours, and why camera lenses suffer from chromatic aberration.

Heavy flywheel, high gearing, and a slave with a sense of rythm locked on to a water clock. The sun would have been the light source of choice for an ancient Egyptian, naturally. The optics for a narrow beam would be a problem, I thought, but

Could have been an adventure for Thor Heyerdahl. Remember Ra? He got dafter and dafter, and only succeeded in demonstrating that the reason people don't do things isn't always because they can't.
What is interesting about Egypt, their ancient temples and chambers don't have any signs of burning oil or any other similar sources of light that are common for later temples and chambers. What kind of light sources did they use then?
