I have same (over)weight for several yrs now

Try some pure ceylon tea ( made from tea leaves ) mixed with ginger.
for three days and report back what happens.
Yes oolong tea has known benefit. But pure ceylon tea mixed/infused with ginger
is a unique combination worth trying too.
Just remember to eat sensibly as well, My favorite at the moment is tuna and fresh tomato
on nice bread.
