Got hold of a better q schema. Isnt it so that I can get rid of that sheit-network Rm1-Rm6, Cm1, 2, 22 and replace just with a proper heavyer load for my HiMC?
nope (base needs at least one resistor to gnd for proper biasing)
leave it as is , put appropriate loading resistor across input RCA ditto
