My attacks - since I left London & Indian restaurants - are now seldom: about 18months/ 2 years or so between. Am already on nasties such as Warfarin, so I have opted to not take Alpurinol. Friends are on it and share your experiences….they too wander around other womens rooms in their boxers at mid-day. They then have a shower and go home where their wives have a good meal ready for their now great appetite.
