The average Scot is quite short; this is why they were always in times of war sent to the front line........they could get away with shallow trenches and could - thus - get dug in more quickly than the taller enemy!😀😀
Average Scot's height tends to be bigger when they are lying down........just like Jimmy Rushing, - many do have really big beer bellies.🙄
But, being Irish, that does not worry me, especially as I am tall and handsome - in a rakish devil may care sort of way. I am also fair of hair as a result of my Viking ancestry, and blue eyed for a similar reason both + the Prussian influence through the male line.😎

The only reason Canada shows that low is because of immigration. The Caucasian population here is rather large. I am 186cm and am considered medium height.

Most of the taller ones were of Caucasian, immigrant stock, but I suppose the Scots in the East brought the average down a bit.🙂
