Based in what I saw in a couple different locations in the woods, you are correct, more of a fisherman's sanctuary. Behind a small commercial complex with coffee house and restaurant, ther was a small stream. Made my way down through the woods and found a lightly tread path along the bank. Walked about 1/8mile and came into some calmer water. In 100yard stretch I probably saw 4-5 schools of browns, with some fish in the 16-20" range, with few really big ones. Shocked enough that I immediately started tryin to find place to get permission to fish.
I will be keeping an eye on things over at the P10 thread..... I wonder if anyone is crazy enough to take a couple of snaps of you and Terry O. shacking up next to each other at the sleeping site....
On 2nd thought - what happens in VC - stays in VC.... 😉
Jacco said something about heading down to the islands - I wonder if he is at this sailboat thingy or simply getting loaded and laid at beachhouse.....
