Yes. Thanks for concern......was away for a few days and also fishing a lot.
HAd a wi-fi iPAd so kept in tune with recent happenings, but frankly found some topics a bit 'base'😀. Can't use that silly onscreen touch keyboard so been quiet.
Also been fishing a lot and caught some salmon. Been extra chilly in Scotland with wind coming down from Siberia. As that does not suit my constitution have fished for an hour in the mornings and two in the afternoon. Been to another Scottish funeral. Have also edited over 800 pics in photoshop and been helping the author of a great book with final draft, pic layouts etc, so am glad to get away from the mac for a while.
Carol and I went North for 3 days and caught a Salmon on the Tay.
We also eat them raw - when compressed with dill...note not a typo🙄....the absolute best way to eat salmon imho. But the fish needs to be very fresh for the best flavour.

I do love fishing😀 Couple years and me and the boys will be headed in Appalachian's(queue Jacco Beatty) for some trout fishing. Glad you were able to get away and enjoy. I am sushi fan, so fresh raw salmon does sound enticing.
Hope you will hear some good Bluegrass when there! Get yourself a long neck banjo and some national picks😎. Forget the Scruggs cams and just push those strings.....the proper old fashioned way.😉

Have a fellow across the street who peddles in such fine entertainment pieces. Pushes a lot of old guitars, consiting mostly of Martin's. C2 has that sort of thing in true abundance in his neck of the woods.

There is a lot of music in Music City. Outside of Country and Western (that's two different types of music 😀 We got both kinds: country and western - YouTube ) Nashville is home to bluegrass, gospel, barbershop quartets, and even some alternative rock.
The USA headquarters for barbershop quartets is located in Nashville and they just celebrated 75 years of 4 piece harmony - Barbershop Harmony Society 75th Anniversary

OH yeah - Nashville is also home to Gibson Guitar as well as a great many craftsmen that roll their own handmade musical instruments (and they are top drawer!!!!).

Dachshunds 1 - Moles 0 🙂RIP🙂 The mole was dispatched rather quickly in a tug of war contest between the two girls.... I doubt that he lasted much more than a second.
The new female - "Mia" - never had any affection placed upon her and has now become a permanent lap fixture, thus if I make any reference az to rubbing my wiener from time to time it iz in regards to the doggy.....
