I bet that stone maintains a perfect even temp. Good to see someone who can BBQ without a 2million btu grill. Me and the family prefer grilling over wood coals on porcelain coated iron griddle in our homemade firepit. Low and slow!

Kids cant throwthings on the SS grill and watch the pretty colors and smell the funny smells. Although it does keep them from flavoring the chicken with sparklers or the latest toy they wish to torture.
