Considering that he will be in S.F. Bay area - not a problem. That's area is zoned for "special" people.

We have many different types of special people here in Tennessee, especially when it comes to music and having some fun. Instead of limiting ourselves solely to Rock & Roll around these parts you can get your fill of both Country "and" Western, Gospel, Folk, - you name it. An example of some of our special people gathering for Festivities would be at Bonnaroo - just about 20 miles from where I live.
