@Jacco : BTW :I finally got my mandoline at Dehillerins (Great shop, nice & funny guys) and far cheaper than everywhre else - Worked great for the Gratin Dauphinois I cooked today...

Provided they're sliced by a ninja, only way to get solidity and the flaveurs of the shaving cream and Old Spice's in it, not around.

Wasn't late summer '84 - southern region - Napa Valley - a good expiration date? What if you buy 'em by the six pack - does that count for something?

I prefer the Grgrich Late Harvest Chardonnay, vintage Tuesday, 3 PM, 12 April 2011, in the pop-top cans.....!

The metal taste of the cans really sets off the the overly sweet taste with it's acidic aftertaste. I would suggest the glass bottle with the twist off cap!
