I failed subtlety in college, but got an A in equine anatomy. Otherwise the world keeps turning and circumstances change, even for the better, on occasion🙂

He was landed - a just trained lieutenant - on a training exercise with just four rounds of ammo per man. They were marched to the border and his Sargent, not long after, won a Victoria Cross. I feel honoured to have know him along with a few others of the same ilk past and present.]
