I envy you. Me sitting with my leg up. Gout attack. First one in years. This time of year is dangerous as I'm not a good boy like the rest of the tear so tonight:
No liquor
No meats or cheese
No fish or seafood
No coffee
Nothing fried
No bubbly drinks

May as well stay home.
My sympathies Cal...................I used to suffer really bad 3-7 day attacks.
[In my case it was Indian food - I have had only two attacks in 5 years in Scotland, whereas in London I regularly ate Indian and suffered mucho.]
