Why they do not make nicotine and adictives illegal same as class A drugs?

to simple and loss of rewenue
People can carry on smoking but whitout nicotine no adiction.
By adictives I mean the substancies cigie manufacturers put on your fav brand to get you hoked

Cal is busy boy in kitchen today. We picked up 16 pork hocks at great price so were are skinning, butchering, roasting, pulling, saucing, packaging, making stock and cracklin'.
