And how long lasting my semiconductors?

The four channel amp draw 5A/230V, according to my Schuntermann.

I use mica and goop, of course.

well - without going in too much of calculus in saturday evening , let's say that mosfet dyes are having at least 25C more than is wise to have .
why not using something as Papa's Koan Babysitter , or fan on each heatsink ?
Lazy Susan style - 12V Noctua , as recently discovered by Dutchiewhale , are old and well known story .
