As a little kid in Norfolk, VA, we had yearly plagues of June Bugs, impressively large metallic green and bronze-colored beetles. One trick was to catch one, tie a thread to one of its legs and whirl it around. If you were lucky, the bug would take flight and spin around you like a model airplane - if not, the leg would just come off...
When we moved down to Florida, the June Bugs were replaced with yearly infestations of Love Bugs, nasty insects that would fly around in huge clouds of coupled pairs during their mating season. Since the females were chock full of eggs, they were hard on the paint jobs and radiators of cars unlucky enough to cruise through a cloud of them. A lot of folks had bug deflectors on the front of their cars to keep the front end from getting totally crusted with these nasty bugs. No predators ate them, as they tasted awful. If you were out running and had the misfortune to accidentally suck one in, you found that out pretty quick.

I'm in love with Anouar Brahem's music, from the moment I first heard it.
One of the favourite album is Le Pas du Chat Noir.
Ques why? I wouldlike if I have a black cat as well.
Just a same kind as Nuca was.
But there is a piano song, I realized now after some beers, it is so Hungarian, as if it would be by Bartók.
Its title is Un point bleu.
Are there anyone here, who can confirm my feelings about it?
I have run out of all my beer, but I don't know how many times I listen to this one and a half minute miracle.

Well, I'm lying as usual, I have one bottle yet, but I need to keep it for tomorrow.
Was it good?

Today's quote:
"The myth is stronger than the truth, and truth can sometimes lie
To see it all for what it was you need an uncorrupted eye
Was the journey worth it, only time will tell
Still looking for Nirvana, at the Beat Hotel"

It looks like Plitron as a brand is gone:
Plitron Manufacturing is Changing to Noratel Canada
Many of my builds had used them. They were acquired a few years ago and stopped selling to individuals not long after that.

Nice to see you here, Big Cal!
May I ask you to phone to one of our wackiest Pub member?
I miss him very much, maybe he is on the very highest branch of his family tree, and he can't see us from such a high.
Kind regards,
Gyuri
