ZumbaMan is this golden lid supposed to be openable? I want to check the voicecoil because I heared some noice while pressing the cone after transport. Suspect an UFO might have sneaken in. It looks like glued or something.

look closely at pics in my blog , ya'll see how's constructed and what'ya need to do

in worst case - soak (either acetone or acetone mixed with nitro or just nitro) perimeter of spider , unglue it carefully , unscrew alen bolts , remove magnet assembly , clean , put it back , put shims to align VC , glue spider back , wait , remove shims , voila!

btw. it can be useful , sometimes , when you both read and look .........

Could be but for starter I think its gonna end up with 24 v 100 Ah battery. Those LifePO4 cells are pure muscle. 8x8 3,3 v cells rejuved from ebike packs. Usually when they go, 1 cell is south, rest are fine.
