I say keep it. It keeps the number of "Are you really THE Nelson Pass?" posts to a minimum. 🙂

After my listening experiences with various x-amps I would say: You absolutely need to keep that title...😀
Many DIYers made me confused.
Some calling you Mr Nelson Pass.
Some ... NP.
Some ... Nelson.
Some ... The One and Only.
Some ... ...
Once I called you a heavy drinker.
You are The One and Only. Yes, you are.

Definitely keep it
Your repeated active support and encouragement not only of this forum but this entire site are clear indicators that you belong in a class of your own.
😀

Keep it!
The Zen was the project that got me over my fear of electronics. Without that project, I don't think I would have learned enough about electronics to get my current job. Only the One and Only could do that!

What do you look like? Where's a pic?
Well, being that he is always very open with his designs, not to mention he is generally helpful when people ask him questions when cloning his amp, I'm guessing he is a hippy. Plus there is a section in the A40 article about how some people may only want to run it in the winter time to converse energy, so I'm going with hippy heh 🙂

Torvalds was *far* from the first person to offer free software. None the less, why Pass's free designs all seem to be of very high quality, the first release of the Linux kernel was barely even functioning, not to mention good for anything. In the late 70's most hobbiest's gave their software out for free for use on minicomputers, and the ever so new market of microcomputers.
The one and only One and Only
Please keep it, Nelson. You are not only gifted, you are a gift to us. DIY rules!
Now if I could only stop being an Elder.
