The Kinergetics Patent "reducing hysteresis distortion" - Revisited

This is a follow up to a post that Mark Johnson made on 2014-10-11 on Kinergetic patent filings - titled above. In addition to the two Patents that Mark mentions: 4549146 & 4622660, Cowan and Bennett also filed an earlier patent #4340778 titled “Speaker Distortion Compensator”, which seems to show the circuits in much more detail that the filings Mark identified.

All of this gear is getting old and it was developed long before DSP was widely available, so I also wonder if anyone has thought about developing or developed a software implementation of the CompuSound circuit and whether there is enough specificity in the patent files to actually do it. I am more of a coder than a hardware guy, so before I dive into the schematics, I thought I’d see what the community knows about the inner workings of CompuSound electronics as actually implemented in the hardware.

As a note I found an email for Fred Pham (Kinergetics Tech) dating back to 2021, but that email seems to be deactivated
