This esteemed member has not visited this site since 2011. From what I understand, this website was pretty much sparked by his contributions here. It was his musings on the Aleph-X that sparked the interest and participation of Nelson Pass who in turn was the magnet for all the other amp designing giants we get to enjoy on this forum. The five year absence of this member prompts me to shout out an acknowledgment for this unsung hero of diyaudio. I'm sure there are many members here who have benefitted from his posts here. If anyone is in touch with him, you should let him know that this thread is in his honor.

I've designed a pcb for his SSTART preamp, and I'm working my way through a design of GR-25 of PCB's at the moment, so I've found his input more than a little useful 🙂
I've also had plenty of laughs reading his extremely wordy posts in design and build threads, as well as his contributions in enjoythemusic.com's DIY section.
